Delivery timelines start from order confirmation, not order placement. Public holidays and weekends may extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send delivery updates directly to your WhatsApp. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your order ID.

How to Return an Item

To start a return:

Return shipping costs are covered by us for damaged/wrong items, and by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.

Delivery Issues

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or you suspect it's lost, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order ID. We'll investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
